Announcement of human trial results
On May 28, 2025, the internationally authoritative journal "Advanced Science", with an impact factor of 14.3, published the results of a large-scale human trial on exogenous nucleotides for anti-aging conducted by the research team led by Professor Li Yong from the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene at Peking University. The project studied the use of nucleotides obtained by enzymatically hydrolyzing eukaryotic cells from edible yeast, confirming that exogenous nucleotide intervention can significantly reduce the DNA methylation age of the tested population by 3.08 years. This provides a solid scientific basis for nucleotide anti-aging and contributes a new "Chinese approach" to the global anti-aging academic community. The study included 121 participants aged 60-70, employing an internationally recognized randomized double-blind controlled trial, and its rigor and authority have been highly praised by the academic community.
Zhen'ao has currently established China's largest nucleic acid industrialization base and is one of the few enterprises in the world that have integrated the entire upstream and downstream nucleotide industry chain. The ribonucleic acid produced by the company is one of the few RNA products in the world that have passed GMA-SAFE (Global Manufacturing Accreditation Forum - Safe Assured Food Excellence) certification. The company has been invited to participate in the formulation of the world's first international standard for food-grade ribonucleic acid.

In 2022, the project titled "Research on Nucleotides in Delaying Aging and Extending Healthy Lifespan" achieved a significant breakthrough. The results of animal experiments on nucleotides have been appraised by an expert panel led by two academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Sun Baoguo and Han Demin.
During the multi-generation rat reproduction safety experiment conducted by the research team at Peking University, they unexpectedly discovered that nucleotides have the effect of delaying aging, and officially initiated the project at the end of 2019.
In 2000, Chen Yusong, the founder of Zhen'ao, commissioned a research team from Peking University to conduct research on the safety and functionality of nucleotides, which has been ongoing for nearly 20 years.
Driven by scientific research and committed to serving the country through industry, Zhen'ao is dedicated to promoting high-quality development in the industry. With the highest quality products and services, it safeguards the health of the Chinese people.
